Moms will be in the water with the instructor for this class. Tots will work on becoming comfortable in the water, Learning to fall off sides, roll to back, float on back, hold breath, Blowing bubbles, floating, kicking.
Gaining confidence in the water, Learning to put eyes/face in water, Blowing bubbles, floating, Basics of kicking
*Must be able to put face in water comfortably before joining this class.* Will learn unassisted floating, proper kicking, Breast stroke (circle arms), Front crawl arms, Breathing, Jumping in water.
*Able to float on front and back, basic understanding of Breast stroke, and front crawl.* Will learn, Front crawl with side breathing, Breathing with breast stroke, Back stroke, Jumping from side/board, swim to side, surface diving.
*Comfortably perform breast stroke, front crawl and back crawl, This class is taught in the deep end of the pool so kids must know how to confidently swim across the pool without any assistance* Will learn, Treading water, Side stroke, Elementary back stroke, Surface diving, Knee diving.
*Basic understanding of all stokes, ability to tread water, knee dives* This class will work to perfect all strokes and work on endurance with longer length swim.We will learn to tread water for extended periods, Perfecting diving, and becoming overall confident and safe in water.
* All sessions will be Mon-Thurs for 2 weeks.* Except for session 2 due to the 4th of July holiday
